Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 5, 2026
1. Who we are and what this policy covers
Fass Pass to Love LLC ("Fass Pass," "we," "us," or "our") provides matchmaking, dating and relationship coaching, a complimentary matchmaking database, and related events and services. This policy explains how we collect, use, and share personal information through our website, forms, database activities, communications, and services.
Our contact details are:
Fass Pass to Love LLC
4885 Chantilly Road
Lake Worth, FL 33467, United States
Email: assistant.fasspass@gmail.com
Our database uses technology hosted by SawYouAtSinai ("Sinai"). Sinai operates a separate platform and has its own terms and privacy policy. This policy describes Fass Pass's practices; it does not amend Sinai's terms or govern Sinai's independent services. Please also review the disclosures presented when you register for the database and Sinai's privacy policy.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide. When you create a profile, complete a form, book a consultation, communicate with us, or use our services, we collect the information you choose to provide. This may include your name, email address, telephone number, age, location, photographs, personal background, religious identity or observance, relationship goals, partner preferences, and other profile or intake responses. The particular information collected depends on the form or service you use.
Some information you provide, including religious beliefs, health information, or details about your personal relationships, may be considered sensitive under applicable law. Please provide only information you want us to use for the purposes described in this policy. We seek any consent required by applicable law for processing sensitive information.
Conversations and service records. After we make direct contact with you, we may create notes about your preferences, consultations, matchmaking activity, introductions, date feedback, and coaching. We obtain permission at booking or at the time of the call for recording, AI-assisted notetaking, and transcription. Zoom also provides a recording notification when its recording feature is used. We use these records to support consultations, follow-up, matchmaking, and coaching. Recordings, transcripts, and summaries may contain information you share during the conversation.
Information from event and referral partners. We may receive names and email addresses from event organizers or partners, including JDate/JSwipe, where registrants have opted to receive information from Fass Pass. Receiving an event lead does not automatically create a matchmaking profile or enter that person into Sinai's database. We send a separate invitation, and the person decides whether to register.
Website and technical information. Our website and database hosting providers may collect technical information, such as IP address, browser or device information, and activity on their platforms. Cookies and similar technologies may support website operation and other functions described in the relevant provider's disclosures. Our website is hosted by Wix and includes embedded YouTube videos and Google-hosted images. These providers may receive technical information when their content loads. You can manage the cookie choices offered through our website’s privacy settings and through your browser. Restricting cookies or third-party content may affect website features.
3. How we use information
We use personal information to:
-
Respond to inquiries, arrange consultations, and communicate about our services.
-
Create, maintain, and update matchmaking profiles and assess potential compatibility.
-
Identify and facilitate potential introductions, coordinate dates, and provide matchmaking or coaching support.
-
Maintain service records, notes, and, where applicable, recordings or transcripts.
-
Send invitations, event information, and promotional emails or texts where you have opted in or another lawful basis permits the communication.
-
Administer our business, protect our systems, address disputes or misuse, and meet applicable legal obligations.
We use information about your religion, preferences, and relationship goals to support the matchmaking or coaching services you request, subject to any consent requirements that apply.
4. Our Sinai-hosted database
When you register through our database link, your profile is stored on Sinai's platform. Fass Pass currently configures profiles registered through its link as "private" and "turned off." Under this configuration, profiles are hidden from other Sinai matchmakers and are not enabled for Sinai service solicitations.
Fass Pass can use these profiles for its own matchmaking activities. Sinai can see that a new registration exists. The platform is hosted by Sinai, and its technical processing, retention, and any independent services are also subject to its own terms and privacy policy.
Registering for the Fass Pass database is separate from purchasing Fass Pass matchmaking services or Sinai's paid membership services. If you separately choose to activate a Sinai service or change your profile's visibility, review the information and choices presented for that service.
These are our current profile settings, rather than a guarantee that the hosting provider performs no technical processing. If we propose materially broader profile visibility or new uses requiring consent, we will provide appropriate notice and obtain any required consent.
5. When we share information
Our team and service providers. We provide information to team members, contractors, and service providers who help operate our website, database, scheduling, communications, recordkeeping, and services, as needed for their work. These providers may include services for website and database hosting, customer relationship management, scheduling, video calls and AI-assisted notes, email and messaging, document storage, electronic signatures, and payment processing. Payment information you provide directly to a payment processor is also subject to that processor’s privacy notice.
Potential matches. Matchmaking involves sharing relevant profile information with potential matches. We routinely show database members’ profiles and photographs to our own matchmaking clients to assess potential interest and compatibility. We do not seek separate permission each time we show a profile for this purpose. Profiles submitted for our complimentary database may be considered and shown in this way; database participation does not guarantee an introduction.
Other matchmakers. An outside matchmaker may approach us about a possible introduction to one of their clients. We first contact the database member and present the potential match's profile. If the member expresses interest and agrees to the introduction, we share the information needed to facilitate it with that matchmaker. We do not provide the member's profile or contact information to that outside matchmaker for the introduction before the member agrees.
We may receive a referral or introduction fee from the other matchmaker when we facilitate an introduction. That compensation does not replace the member's choice about whether to proceed or authorize the sharing described above. Once information is shared with an outside matchmaker, that matchmaker's own privacy practices also apply.
Event partners. Information you provide directly to an event organizer is governed by its disclosures. When a partner provides us with opted-in names and email addresses, we use them for the disclosed purpose, including contacting you and inviting you to join our database. A database profile requires a separate registration.
Legal and business purposes. We may disclose information where required by law or reasonably necessary to respond to lawful requests, protect rights or safety, or address fraud or disputes. Information may also be transferred in a business sale, merger, or reorganization, subject to applicable law and any required notice or consent.
6. Promotional communications and choices
We may contact you to discuss whether our paid matchmaking or coaching services would suit your needs. Joining the complimentary database does not obligate you to purchase services.
We send promotional emails and texts to people who opt in through profile registration or event and other registration forms. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the unsubscribe instructions in the message.
You may opt out of promotional texts by following the instructions provided, including replying STOP where supported, or by contacting assistant.fasspass@gmail.com.
Opting out of marketing does not necessarily stop communications needed to respond to your request or administer services you are receiving. Consent to receive marketing is separate from permission to share a profile for an introduction.
7. Retention and removal requests
You may request removal from our active matchmaking database by emailing assistant.fasspass@gmail.com. We process removal requests and remove profiles from active Fass Pass matchmaking use. If your request also concerns notes, recordings, transcripts, or other records, please tell us so we can address those records as well.
We retain information for the purposes described in this policy, taking account of the nature of the information, ongoing services or database participation, and applicable legal, accounting, security, and dispute-resolution needs. We generally keep database profiles and related records while a person remains in our database and has not requested removal, subject to applicable law. We do not currently apply a fixed automatic expiration period for inactive profiles. Unsubscribing from promotional messages alone does not delete your profile; please separately request profile removal if that is what you want.
Removal from active matchmaking use does not necessarily mean immediate erasure of every record or backup. Sinai's posted policy states that it may retain certain information after removal or suspension, including for disputes, troubleshooting, enforcement of its terms, and technical or legal reasons. We cannot promise complete deletion from systems outside our control. We will explain or coordinate the applicable process when responding to a request, subject to applicable law.
8. Access, correction, and privacy requests
You can update information through your account where that function is available or contact us to request a correction. Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a copy of, or restrict certain uses of your information; withdraw consent; or object to processing. Some jurisdictions also provide rights concerning certain sales, sharing, or targeted advertising.
Contact assistant.fasspass@gmail.com to make a request. We may need to verify your identity before acting. We respond as required by applicable law, explain any applicable exceptions, and identify further request or appeal options where required. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing lawfully performed before withdrawal. You may also have the right to complain to a privacy regulator in your jurisdiction.
9. International users
Fass Pass is based in the United States and serves people in other countries. Your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our team and service providers operate. Privacy laws in those countries may differ from those where you live.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis for processing, we rely on the basis appropriate to the activity, which may include your consent, performing a contract or taking steps you request before entering one, legal obligations, or legitimate interests where permitted. Sensitive information may require an additional legal basis, such as explicit consent. Where applicable law requires cross-border transfer safeguards, please contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to your information.
10. Adults only
Our database and services are for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly register minors. If you believe someone under 18 has provided information to us, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
11. Security and third-party services
We take reasonable measures appropriate to the information we handle to protect it from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss. No website, communication channel, or storage system is completely secure.
Links to third-party services do not make their practices subject to this policy. Review their privacy notices before providing information directly to them.
12. Changes and contact
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our services, practices, or legal requirements. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice or obtain consent where required. Posting an updated policy alone does not authorize a new use of information where applicable law requires additional consent.
For questions or privacy requests, contact assistant.fasspass@gmail.com or write to Fass Pass to Love LLC at 4885 Chantilly Road, Lake Worth, FL 33467, United States.
